Due to high demand, please note that advance booking is necessary a minimum of five days prior to arrival at the hotel. Bookings are subject to availability so please await confirmation before turning up to the hotel. To redeem your voucher, please call our central reservations team on 01604 931560 between 8:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday (call charges may apply). You will receive a confirmation once your booking has been made. Kindly notify us at time of booking that this voucher is to be used and present it to the hotel reception on arrival. Each person shall be given an allocation to spend and choose from the open lobby or restaurant menu (supplements may apply).
This voucher is non-refundable, no refund is available for part-use, and is valid until the date shown on your voucher and cannot be extended. Stays cannot be cancelled once booked but the date can be amended subject to availability. No-shows and cancellations will be charged at full rate. IHG Rewards points do not apply. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discounted rate promotions or offers. Rates do not include taxes, gratuities, or incidental charges, including food and beverages, except where they are included in the package. Rates are for 2 adults. Kids stay and eat free at Holiday Inn® Hotels are not included in this package. Credit/Debit Card must be provided at check-in for extras.
For the wellbeing of guests and colleagues, the hotel experience may feel a little different, however we have all the right measures in place to keep our guests and employees safe. We have been audited and verified as being a safe place to visit by Bureau Veritas. To give extra peace of mind during this time, if you are unable to use your voucher due to Government restrictions, we will happily amend the date of your booking, free of charge, as long as 48 hours notice or more is given. Amendments will only be accepted under the guidance of the Government and under no other circumstances.
